Hereford Hash Bake Recipe


  • 1 can 15 oz Hereford Corned Beef Hash
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cheese slices


  • Spread the Hereford Corned Beef Hash in a shallow ovenproof dish.
  • Make 4 indentations in the hash with the back of a spoon and break an egg into each of the 4 indentations.
  • Place a slice of cheese over each egg.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for 8 to 10 minutes or until the eggs are just set.
  • Serve immediately.
