Country Style Hash Recipe


  • 1 can 12 oz Hereford Corned Beef cut into small cubes 
  • 1 lb potatoes peeled, and cut into small cubes 
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp herbs (your choice) finely chopped 
  • 1 tbsp parsley finely chopped salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream


  • In a skillet, sauté the potatoes in butter and oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown.
  • Add the Hereford Corned Beef, herbs, parsley and chives; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix gently for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with sour cream on the side.
  • Garnish as desired.
