Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry Recipe


  • 2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce choose your favorite
  • 1 can 12 oz Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy
  • 5 oz water chestnuts drained


  • Combine Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy, Broccoli and Teriyaki sauce in a wok or skillet and sauté on high for 3 minutes.
  • Add snow peas and water chestnuts and sauté for a further 2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to desired tenderness.
  • Serve over rice.
