Ingredients:
- 5 cups potatoes large diced
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 2 cups carrots chopped
- 1 sq beef bouillon cube dissolve in boiling water
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 1 can 12 oz Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy
Directions:
- Sauté the onions in a little butter or olive oil until soft.
- Add all of the other ingredients in a saucepan, add 3 cups water, bring to a boil and simmer for 35 minutes.
- Serve hot with warm crusty bread.
- Delicious with Pickled Beets!
