- 2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce choose your favorite
- 1 can 12 oz Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy
- 5 oz water chestnuts drained
- Combine Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy, Broccoli and Teriyaki sauce in a wok or skillet and sauté on high for 3 minutes.
- Add snow peas and water chestnuts and sauté for a further 2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to desired tenderness.
- Serve over rice.
