Ingredients:
- 1 can 15 oz Hereford Corned Beef Hash
- 4 eggs
- 4 cheese slices
Directions:
- Spread the Hereford Corned Beef Hash in a shallow ovenproof dish.
- Make 4 indentations in the hash with the back of a spoon and break an egg into each of the 4 indentations.
- Place a slice of cheese over each egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for 8 to 10 minutes or until the eggs are just set.
- Serve immediately.
