Beef & Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups potatoes large diced
  • 1 cup onions chopped
  • 2 cups carrots chopped
  • 1 sq beef bouillon cube dissolve in boiling water
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 1 can 12 oz Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy

Directions:

  • Sauté the onions in a little butter or olive oil until soft.
  • Add all of the other ingredients in a saucepan, add 3 cups water, bring to a boil and simmer for 35 minutes.
  • Serve hot with warm crusty bread.
  • Delicious with Pickled Beets!
